Product Exchange & Return Policy

Timeframes:

• Online purchases: 14 calendar days from delivery.

• Duvets and Pillows: 1 calendar day from delivery.

* Exchanges are only applicable in case of manufacturing defects.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The product must maintain its original condition and have all original tags/labels attached.
  • The product must be returned with its full original packaging and accessories.
  • Exchange is possible only for items of the same or higher value (subject to stock availability).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items showing signs of self-damage or improper use.
  • Items that have been used or washed.
  • Incomplete product sets or missing parts.
  • Any other circumstances that exclude the seller's liability.

Regions: Please contact our Call Center, and our operators will assist you with the remote return/exchange process.
