Products are exchanged / returned within 4 days after delivery of the products. Blankets will be exchanged / returned only within 1 day after receiving the product. The item is exchanged in case of factory defect detection.
The following conditions must be fully met for the exchange / return of products:
When returning or exchanging the product, there must be a label of origin on the face, the product must not have lost its original appearance.
Goods can be exchanged only for goods of the same or more value (if there is a corresponding balance)
Products will not be exchanged/Returned if:
There are traces of self-harm.
The product set is not fully presented.
If there is any other circumstance that precludes the seller from liability.
Products will not be replaced or returned after use or washing.
Items purchased online can be exchanged and returned by courier service or directly at the branch (156 David Agmashenebeli Ave.). When using courier service, the customer pays the delivery cost from Tbilisi - from 5.50 ₾ and from the regions - from 6.50 ₾
