Steps of registration in to Manamohome.com
To become a member of Manamohome.com, click on the registration button in the upper right corner of the site and enter your personal information: Gender, First Name, Last name, date of birth and email. Select "News" if you would like to receive news notifications via email. Enter the password, check the box “I agree to the User Agreement (GPDR). Complete your registration by clicking the "Register" button.
If you would like to see campaigns and announcements, please enter your email address in the "Newsletter" box at the bottom of the main page.
You can write a review for a specific product, you need to go to the page of any product, click the "Review" button, write the title of the review in the column, write the text in the "Review Text" and click the "Submit Review" button. Your review will be sent.
Steps of logging in to Manamohome.com
Click the "Log In" button in the upper right corner of the main page and enter your email and password and click the "Log In" button.
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" Button. In the e-mail field on the page that opens, enter the e-mail address that you used to register with and click the "Recover" button.
To set a new password, open your email and "To create a new password, just click the link below."
Place an order
In order to place an order on our site, you need to log in or if you are not registered, register. To buy an item, you need to select a specific item, select the size, color (if it necessary), indicate the quantity and add it to the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Then you need to switch to the icon of the basket in the upper right corner of the main page and click the "Go to Cart" button.
After moving to the Cart, if you want to add more items, click the "Continue Shopping" button. To change the quantity, you need to enter the desired quantity in the quantity graph and click the "Update shopping cart" button.
If you want to calculate the shipping amount in the cart or select the shipping method, click on the button "Estimated shipping", then select the country, city and postal code, select "Georgian Post" and click the "Apply" button.
To switch to payment steps, select "I agree to the terms of service and I adhere to them unconditionally" and click the "Checkout" button. You will then be taken to the "Addresses" section, if the address is specified and you want to receive the order at the same address, in this case, click the "Bill to this address" button. If you want to add a new address, enter a new address and click on the “Next” button.
Note: If you want to send an order to someone else, you will need to enter the person's name, phone number and address in the "Or enter New Address".
The next step is "Select Shipping method", if you want to deliver to the address in this case select "Georgian Post", and if you want to Pick up from the place of order you need to select "Pick up". Once selected, click the "Next" button and proceed to the payment steps. There are currently only two types of payment methods on the site:
1) Bank of Georgia payment by BOG Ipay (you can pay by any bank card, no fee is charged)
2) Bank Transfer- Transfer Money to an existing account number.

After selecting the payment method, click the "Next" button, the payment information will be displayed on the screen and click the "Next" button, then the order confirmation screen will open and click the "Confirm" button to confirm the order, then the delivery information will be displayed. Click the "Complete" button to go to the main page.
Order Tracking Steps
If you have ordered, please log in, go to the My account page and go to 'Orders', where you will see your current and already completed orders. You will see the order number, order status, order date, order total. You can see additional information about the order by clicking on the "Details" button. You will see both the Billing address and the Shipping address. You will also see the shipping method and shipping status. You will see a list of products. You will also see payment status and payment method. If the amount has not been paid, you will be able to repay the order by clicking the "Re-pay" button. If you want to add some more items to your existing order, you can re-order the existing products by clicking the "Re-order" button.

About Customer information
You can update your personal information. To do this, you need to go to the "My Account" page, then go to the "Customer info" page and update the data.
You can also add a new address or modify an existing one on the Addresses page. If you add a new address, click the "Add New" button and fill in the required fields: first name, last name, e-mail, select province, city, address 1 and address 2 (if the latter exists), phone number and ID NUMBER and click " Save button.
If you want to download personal data, go to the GDPR toolbar and click the "Export Personal Data" button. If you want to delete an existing account, click the "Delete Account" button.
Create a Wishlist
You can create a list of your favorite products, you need to click on the button "Add to wishlist" on the page of each product. You can see the list of desired products by clicking on the "Wishlist" button in the upper right corner of the main page.
You can delete your favorite list by clicking the "Delete" button.
You can change your current password on the Change Password page. To do this, type in your current password again, then the new password, then confirm the new password, and finally click the "Change Password" button.
